About aigotools

We help people choose AI tools for a job they need to finish, not for a feature list they need to decode.

What does aigotools publish?

aigotools publishes task-based AI tool guides. Scenario pages compare where products fit, what they require, and which limitations may affect the result. Tool profiles keep sourced product facts, pricing details, and review dates in one place.

The directory starts with the job a reader needs to finish. It does not treat a long feature list or general popularity as proof that a product suits every use case.

How does aigotools research AI tools?

Our editors check product claims against official vendor sources before using those claims in a guide. Each source is tied to the relevant fact and carries a review date so readers can inspect the evidence themselves.

  • We separate product facts from our editorial judgment about a particular task.
  • We preserve uncertainty when pricing, availability, or product behavior cannot be confirmed.
  • We update or remove entries when the available evidence no longer supports them.
  • We identify interface captures as product screenshots, not proof that a task was completed.

How does aigotools protect editorial independence?

Commercial contact does not buy a favorable recommendation. A submission, update request, or partnership does not guarantee inclusion. We choose and describe tools according to their relevance to the task, and we label commercial placements when they appear.

How can I request a correction?

Request a correction through the contact page. Include the affected aigotools URL, the exact statement that needs attention, and an official source that supports the change. We review the evidence before revising the public record.

AI products change quickly. If you find an error or an outdated claim, send us the page URL and supporting source.

Which external source supports this page?

Valid and reliable, safe, secure and resilient, accountable and transparent.

NIST lists these qualities among the characteristics of trustworthy AI. They inform the evidence, limitations, and source transparency we look for when organizing AI tool guides.
